Posted on 7:12 PM by fbdfbfb
1930s hair for women was for the most part short, being either wavy or curly. Longer length would come in the next decade. Hats were popular in the 1930s and short, wavy hair was a good accommodation for head-wear. Celebrities such as Greta Garbo made the sporting of short hair quite popular. 1930s hair first witnessed blonde as an ideal color for women. If you search through snapshots of the thirties you’ll see that most women’s hair were not only short, but also included all different types hats of various sizes and shapes.
